VETERINARY & KENNEL CLEANING…
MADE EASYWITH THE AQUA–AIR WET/DRY BUILT-IN SYSTEM
The AQUA-AIR Wet/Dry introduces state of the art technology to drastically improve the appearance and sanitation of your Animal Care facility by removing the soils and contaminants out of the environment, and flushing them down the drain. A hot cleaning solution is sprayed on the surface then rinsed and vacuumed away leaving the surface clean, residue-free and dry.
Eliminate the antiquated cleaning processes of heavy portable vacuums, unsanitary mops and
buckets, brooms and dusters and any system that re-distribute soils and contaminants back into the environment; by installing an AQUA-AIR Wet/Dry Total Cleaning System in your facility.
This simple, fast and effective system drastically cuts labor and equipment expenses.

All recovered soil and waste water automatically flushed down the drain.
Easily Installed in Existing or New Buildings.
Please find our brochure introducing the AQUAAIR Wet/Dry built-in cleaning system. Unlike any other central vacuum system, the AQUA-AIR gives the best in dry vacuum tools & accessories while adding hot water delivery and extraction to the clean equation.
Enhance your cleaning possibilities: steam cleaning your carpets and upholstery, then a
squeegee/brush attachment that cleans and instantaneously dries hardwood, tile, grout, vinyl
and cement floors. Attach a 3.5" hand tool for cleaning inside cages & bathing cages. Pre-spray or simultaneously spray & pick up cleaning solutions with AA wand & preferred attached tools. Use the AA interceptor canister installed in your grooming parlor.
Consider the importance of reducing bacteria & germs by sending them through 100% effective cyclonic water filtration directly into the sewer. This is a much improved alternative to using mops and portable vacuums that re-distribute allergens and contaminants throughout your indoor environment. Good indoor air quality is important for animals, employees and customers.
The Aqua-Air will give you the cleaning results your looking for. It will improve the quality of your cleaning and greatly lighten your burden. Time is a most valuable asset.
The Aqua-Air can be installed during construction or retrofit in existing facilities.

Consider an AQUA-AIR Wet/Dry Built-in Cleaning System. The only central vacuum that has a hot water delivery and pick-up capability, then automatically drains all soils down the sewer.
The AQUA-AIR Wet/Dry has all the features and benefits of a traditional central vacuum system, but additionally has a water filtration process to wash all soils automatically down the drain. Whether it’s cleaning up after Fee Fee or Trooper, cleaning exam rooms, washing floors, shampooing carpet or nightly janitorial services; AQUA-AIR Wet/Dry can do it all!

Questions you may have asked:
QUESTION: Does the vacuum hose and piping clog up if you vacuum dry when the lines are still wet?
ANSWER: With an AQUA-AIR Wet/Dry cleaning system this problem
is eliminated as the cleaning solution reduces the surface tension
of the hose and piping system, thus not allowing dirt and grease to stick to it.
Water, grease and debris when being sucked up by the vacuum spirals in the pipe keeping the entire pipe clean, whereas in a sink drain the grease goes on the top, the water in the center and the debris on the bottom. If wet or sticky debris is picked up without cleaning solution being used, the entire
system can still be rinsed by sucking up clean water from a sink or pail.
QUESTION: Can my existing central vacuum system be converted to
a Wet/Dry central cleaning system?
ANSWER: In most cases the existing piping with some modifications
can be used. A water or solution line must be run from an outlet beside
the existing vacuum inlet to the solution injector or hot water
line. Where access is limited a water hose extension is used and
the outlets may be located under a sink or in the wall where
access is possible. The Power Unit must be located where it can be drained
and Hot and Cold water must be provided.
QUESTION: What is the advantage of AQUA-AIR Wet/Dry Central
Cleaning Systems over portable Wet Dry Vacuums or those using water as a filter?
ANSWER: First, the quality of air in the cleaning environment. The
air exhausted by portable vacuums (even from those who pass
the air through water) contains chemical vapors, dust and other
allergens. Since AQUA-AIR Wet/Dry is vented outside, 100% of these
contaminants are flushed down the drain or exhausted outside the building.
Second, convenience. AQUA-AIR Wet/Dry is ready to use. By plugging in the hose and solution line, mixing of the cleaning solution, rinsing of the tank, and dumping down the drain are all automatically done. Portables require dragging out of storage, filling up with water, getting out a separate solution line, mixing your cleaning solutions and attaching it to the sink faucet. (Don’t forget to dump out, clean and dry the entire unit before putting it away or what a smell!)
Cleaning both dry and wet is done better and faster with the Powerful Vacuum Motor of the AQUA-AIR Wet/Dry Central Cleaning System. Instead of a power-robbing filter, cyclonic action and water spray provide separation of the air from dust and debris.
EQUIPMENT:
Vacuum Unit / Wet Extractor Power Units:
• One or two piece units built of injection molded, high impact, fire retardant A.B.S. to meet the specific needs of the residential,
commercial and automobile interior cleaning customers.
• The wall mounted power units provide powerful high volume dry vacuum and quick drying wet extraction.
• Water spray and cyclonic action separates the water, dirt and debris from the airflow without the restriction of filters.
• Waste tank automatically rinses and flushes down the drain.
• Power Units connect to multiple vacuum inlet/water outlet stations via vacuum piping and water line.
Cleaning Compound Injector
• Automatically mixes cleaning detergent with hot water for commercial and automotive cleaning applications.
• A trigger sprayer on the cleaning tool or pre-spray nozzle dispenses the cleaning solution.
Hoses and Tools
• Wet/Dry vacuum hose with interior water line eliminates snagging of the hose. Unique wall-end cuff eliminates clogging.
• Carpet, hard surface and upholstery tools designed for the special wet cleaning applications.
• Conventional dry vacuum hose and tool sets meet the customers every need.
Cleaning Compounds
• Highly concentrated and effective AQUA-AIR cleaning com
pounds are uniquely designed to meet every cleaning need.
INSTALLATION:
Utility Requirements
• ELECTRICAL: 120VAC 15 or 30 amps
• WATER: Hot and cold with shutoff and backflow preventer.
• DRAIN: 2” DWV to sewer
• EXHAUST 2” to outside
• The Power Unit is to be located in an area where it is protected from freezing. It should be exhausted to the
outside using as direct a route as possible.
• The Power Unit should be drained into a 2” DWV standpipe connected via a P-trap directly to the sanitary
sewer (A floor drain could also be used.)
Vacuum Inlet / Water Outlet
• Vacuum Piping: Standard 2” PVC and fittings are used (May use aluminum piping through fire- code regulated
areas.) A P-trap is installed for outlets piped up to overhead lines. Existing piping installations may require some
modifications.
• Water Lines: 3/8” or 1/2” PEC, (1/4” or 3/8” PVC braided hose on surface-mounted installations) or copper.
• Vacuum Inlets: Standard Vacuum Inlets are used with the contact pins on the top. (No ‘Super valves’)
• Water Outlets: Mounting plates with a hydraulic style quick disconnect and a modified matching vacuum inlet are
used for in-wall installations.
• A combined vacuum
